Off my ass!
I'm really bored lately! So what do you do when you are bored and don't know what to do? Today, I have found a way: exercicing! Taking care of you body is a great way to kill time. It is a good way to clear you mind. Add up some music, and you have some instant relatation for me. With music , I'm into my own world...nothing else seems to borther... Breathing, moving and the air... What else can I ask for...
Oh yes! Wait! A hot personnal trainer! Or a sexy buddy to train with! Damn would I be motivate then! If only for the eye candy it would be a reason to get me off my ass!
What work to get you off your ass and working out?

now why would you go to the gym for a cute guy??
why not have him over for stretching and cardio exercises?
Because I need something to keep the flexibility for that kind of cardio exercice!
And I have frenquently some naughty tought during karate, so...
(And even if it doesn't seem like it here, I'm very shy when it come to ask a guy out!)

Sage, lol! Scroll a little bit down, you will find a english translation to all my post there! It is just way easyer for me to write them first in french, since it is my first language, and to translate it in english for you afterworth!
