Cycling!
I haven't post the post telling you that I miss riding my bicycle this winter...But now that the good weather is back, I'm enjoying it again! When it's not raining!
It is a really a good exercice and way to relax. I just put my mp3 player on, have a bottle of fresh water on my bicyle rack and just peddle for 20 minutes. I'm in my own world during that time. It's only me, the wind on my face and the sun...

I'm envious. I haven't been out in a few weeks. I tried to convince my parents to put the kids to bed so I could ride tonight, but they weren't buying.
*sigh*
I feel that way in a slower mode when I walk. My knee is shot, so no bike riding for me. And I love 'Center Stage', too.

Julia, if it sooth you, then go for it! It is the thing that relax you! If we were all enjoying the same thing, I wouldn't have find a bike like that that cheap!

You must have excellent cardio. I was told I need that for my 6-pack.

I can't surf for shit. I don't run. I just hate running and cardio.
IP,I don't blame you for running! I hate too, even if I want to be able to run! We have to do two turn of the school when we do karate, and I would prefer 15 minutes of freestyle instead!

I guess I can swim. But I can't do it everyday as I have no time. The best I can do to compensate for the lack of Cardiovascular exercises are to increase my repetitions.
Well, you have to walk to get to work, don't you?
Walk more...It is one of the best cardio you can have,IP, and the cheapest!
And you should know that you don't have to do cardio every day! 3 to 4 times a week could work just as well!
I may have to exert a little more effort if I want that fucking six-pack. *sigh* running it is, then.
I wonder if we could cheer up each other so that we would end up starting running both?
