Scare

As some of you know, one of my nieces has cystic fibrosis.
That means that twice or three times a day, she has to stop what she is doing, and do 30 minutes to an hour of physio and clapping. She has to take pills(enzyme) for pretty much anything she eats.
That means that she have to stop being a child for that time...Even if she is doing great, being in shape and energitic and all, she still hate that she have to stop doing stuff, like playing to do her physio. It have mature up too much for a child. She would say to you that she needs her pills to eat, or even refuse to eat some stuff, because she doesn't want to take them!
As much as I love her, and the fact that I always wanted children, I'm afraid that when I would get pregnant, my child might have it too(not like I'm gonna pregnant anytime soon)! She does live a pretty normal life, but I hate it to see her put a pause on her life. She is not even 6, and she has to sometime act like an adult...
And even if the life esparancy is going up each year with the new medication on market, it is still only 39 for now. I might see her or my future children die... That, I don't want to at all.
I know that a DNA profiling test to find out if i have the gene that cause it will clear my mind of it, but I'm afraid to take it. If I actually have it? Would I be afraid to have kid all the rest of my life because of that?

Cycling!

I haven't post the post telling you that I miss riding my bicycle this winter...But now that the good weather is back, I'm enjoying it again! When it's not raining!
It is a really a good exercice and way to relax. I just put my mp3 player on, have a bottle of fresh water on my bicyle rack and just peddle for 20 minutes. I'm in my own world during that time. It's only me, the wind on my face and the sun...

Center Stage

So this is a scene from center stage. I love this movie, and have the dvd! It is one of the ballet scene I really enjoy, but then, it is a mix of classic and modern dance!

Stupid

So could somebody tell me who was the first person to put the paper towel dispenser right over the toilet? Yes, it might not border you much, guys, but for me a woman, yes it does! What more annoying to sit, or got to sit and it is wet! Is just water or is it urine? they could have chose to put the dispenser right over the sink! Come on! Why over the toilet?

The Tudors

Yesterday, i finaly remember to watch The Tudors! It plays in french on Radio-Canada(the french version of CBC) during this summer. I wanted to watch it but since it plays on Sunday at 10, I tend to forget it!

And was I proud to watch it! It has an handsome cast! Great body, beautiful mouth and beautiful eyes!

And yes, the show is great too!

My grandma past away on Friday morning.
I've been ok since now, because I had a week to accept the fact that she was probably going to die. I didn't really cry for that reason, but it's probably the fact that I didn't want her to suffer. But tomorrow is probably when the sadness is going to change into cry because it is the ceremony.
I still will try to post a poem tomorrow morning, before going back to the funeral home, because I have a couple of poem written, but not translate for the Poetry Train!

Tokio hotel - Monsoon

Ok, I just realise that the main singer is actually a woman! I think, anyway! But if it is really one, she has a really low voice! I need to check! Or is it a man?(I just have look to another video!)
What I hate is that it is the original german video with the english lyrics! Big case of lips moving and no lyrics!

Why I was not blogging lately

Sorry I haven't been blogging a lot lately! I have been down with cold and allergy(I think I have hay fever:( ) My tummy hurt right now, and it is probably from coughing!
And, on Saturday, my grandma was rush to the hospital. Her kidney has stop working properly. And since she is 92, and had had a pacemaker in the last year, she is not strong enough to have dialysis. And with my cold, I cannot go visit her at the hospital. The tought that I might not be able to say my goodbye makes me sad. I was not able to say my goodbye to my aunt a couple of years away because I was in university, and I still find it hard.
My parents went to see her today, and I could not go because I needed to go see my doctor.
Anyway, I'm off to karate. Hopefully it would change my mind, and I would let you know if anything happen.
